Usually they aren’t pricing the same thing. One quote may include delivery and setup. Another may leave both out. This page explains what moves the price, so you can compare quotes fairly.
What Sets the Price
Six things decide most quotes.
The laptop itself. A basic business laptop costs less than one built for video or design. Memory, storage and processor all count. Gaming laptops and MacBooks cost more because the hardware is stronger. We rent Dell, HP and Lenovo business laptops, gaming laptops, and MacBook Pro and Air. Pick the lowest spec that still handles the job.
How many you need. Ten laptops and a hundred need different planning. Big orders take more testing and more room on the van. Spares count too. A spare is a real laptop, so it shows up in the quote.
How long you need them. A two day conference and a three month project are different jobs. Give exact start and end dates. Our rental periods are flexible, from a short event to month to month.
Software. A laptop that arrives ready saves your IT team time. We load the software you need before delivery. Send your list early. Also check who holds the licences for paid tools.
Delivery and pickup. Dubai is big. A tower in Business Bay and a hall at Dubai World Trade Centre are very different drops. Loading bays, passes and timing all matter. We deliver across Dubai, and same day delivery is possible to most venues. We also serve Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
Support. Some jobs only need a phone number. An exam or a live launch needs someone nearby. Our engineers stay on site or on call during your event. Ask every provider what their price includes.

The UAE charges 5 percent VAT on most goods and services. Some quotes show the price before VAT. Others show it after.

We don’t publish one fixed rate, because no two jobs match. These three show why.
A training class. A company needs identical laptops for a two day workshop. Software setup is the main extra. Everything goes to one room.
A conference. An organiser needs laptops for registration, speakers and staff. They need spares and someone on site. Timing is tight, so delivery planning takes effort.
A project team. A company hires staff for a few months. The need is steady. Here, the rental period shapes the price more than anything else.

Downtown Dubai and Business Bay. Towers use booked loading bays. Reserve a slot with building management.
DIFC. Security is strict. Send driver and vehicle details beforehand.
Dubai Internet City and Media City. Confirm the gate and a contact person before the van arrives.
Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Zayed Road. Traffic builds at show openings. Ask for delivery before the rush.
Expo City Dubai. The site is large. Give the exact hall or building name.
Dubai Marina and JLT. Parking is tight at busy hours. Pick a quieter window.
Al Quoz and near the airport. Same day delivery is often possible here.
