Ai Everything Abu Dhabi 2026 was the kind of event where technology is both the subject and therequirement. Exhibitors arrived to show live AI products to buyers, partners and investors, and everyone of those demonstrations depended on a reliable connection and a polished presentation setup.Geeks Evolution provided high-speed internet to many exhibition stands and delivered audio-visualsolutions to Innovatrix International S.R.O and other exhibitors. The Event
Ai Everything Abu Dhabi ran on 6–7 October 2026 at the ADNEC Centre, with opening hours of 8:30AM–6 PM on Day 1 and 9 AM–5 PM on Day 2. Hosted by Abu Dhabi’s Department of GovernmentEnablement, it presented itself as the world’s largest AI-first expo and summit. The programmecombined a summit, a conference and an exhibition of 350+ enterprises and startups, alongsideinvestor programmes, hackathons, training sessions and government forums.For exhibitors, that meant a dense, high-footfall environment full of decision-makers, and very little time
to make an impression.
The Challenge
Network demands unique to AI products
Many AI solutions are delivered as live cloud services. Language models, analytics dashboards, agentic
platforms and connected robots all rely on continuous, low-latency connections. When connectivity
falters, the product appears to fail, regardless of how good it is.
A crowded wireless environment
Exhibition halls combine thousands of visitor devices, dozens of stand-level networks and shared venue
infrastructure. Capacity that looks adequate on paper can degrade quickly at peak hours, exactly when
exhibitors most need it.
Presentation quality in a noisy hall
Stands compete for attention. Clear displays and audible sound help an exhibitor explain a complex
product in seconds, while poor AV can lose a visitor before the conversation starts.
Tight timelines and many stands
Connectivity and AV needed to be installed and tested across multiple stands ahead of opening, with
exhibitors building and finalising their own stands around the same time.
Our Approach
We treated connectivity and AV as one integrated service, delivered in clear phases.
Phase 1: Planning and requirements
We worked with exhibitors to understand what each stand needed to run: which demos required liveconnectivity, what screens and audio were needed, and where equipment would sit on the stand.
Phase 2: Network and AV design
For connectivity, the goal was dedicated high-speed access for each participating stand, separate fromvisitor traffic. For AV, we matched display and audio equipment to each exhibitor’s presentation needs.
Phase 3: Installation and testing
Equipment was installed and tested before the doors opened, so problems could be fixed during setuprather than in front of visitors.
Phase 4: Live on-site support
A technical team remained available across both show days to respond quickly to any issue, fromconnection problems to screen and audio adjustments.
Phase 5: Teardown and handover
After the event, equipment was collected and stands were handed back cleanly, completing the service.
